You can now apply directly  via Chelsea Football Club to affiliate as a member of the official Montreal supporters club. Just complete the form at:

http://theblues.chelseafc.com/affiliatedmember

Be sure to select Montreal Supporters Club in the dropdown field marked  Supporters Club you want to join.

And do complete this ASAP: we need to get new members fully registered by the end of the month to meet Chelsea FC's deadline.
